The Pirots series
Pirots is ELK Studios' most searched family of slots in the Nordics. The original launched in 2023 with four parrot-themed collectors on a growing grid, and each sequel kept the same core idea while raising the grid size, the maximum win and the number of features. This page compares every title in the series on the numbers that matter, so you can pick by RTP and volatility rather than by release date.

How Pirots works
Four coloured birds sit on a grid of gems. Each bird collects gems of its own colour; collected gems are removed and the grid refills, and the birds move. Collecting enough gems triggers feature symbols that expand the grid, upgrade gems to higher values, or add multipliers. The round ends when no bird can collect anything. Because the grid expands as you collect, a single spin can run for a long time and a single bonus can reach the max win.
What changed between the titles
The sequels mostly change three things. Grid size, which sets how long a collecting chain can run. Max win, which climbed from the original's cap into five-figure multiples of stake. And the feature set, with later titles adding more symbol types, a bonus buy, and feature-specific gem upgrades. RTP stayed close to the ELK norm of around 94 percent in default settings, so compare the RTP column before assuming a newer title pays better.
RTP settings and where to play
ELK ships its games with several RTP settings and casinos choose one. The table shows the highest certified setting per title; each slot's own page lists which setting every casino runs, checked in the game client monthly. A Pirots title at 94 percent and the same title at 96 percent are different purchases, and the lobby tile will not tell you which one you have.
